Description: Learning the basic to intermediate Fitness Traininig techniques that include stamina, mobility training to help you create positive habits to build you for your next level of fitness training.
Station Based Training Class.

Circuit style training using a variety of fitness equiptment with speed and agility and intense strength training incoporated.
For: Intermediate and Advanced individuals
